Town of Oyster Bay applications MUST be submitted with the Building Permit Number AND a copy of the permit. If this is not attached we are unable to do the inspection until it is supplied. 

Town of Brookhaven applications MUST be submitted with the Building Permit Number.


COUNTS MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ALL FINAL INSPECTIONS 

They can be be attached below, typed into the additional information section, emailed or faxed TO THE OFFICE. Please do not send anything directly to the inspectors.

  *Square Footage Requirement: Jobs that don't require Square Footage (ex: Service Polls, Pools, Hot Tubs, Ponds, etc.) please put NA. Otherwise it must be include a rough estimate of the size.

   

  If a temp is needed all options listed under "Temp Information" MUST be filled in or a temp will not be sent.

>AS PER PSEG: All temps will be emailed directly to PSEG and the electrician will receive the temp number for reference. NO TEMPS WILL BE RELEASED DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMERS - NO EXCEPTIONS
